By downloading, accessing, or using vitnus ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
vitnus is a private daily reflection app that allows users to record text, voice, and photo entries along with mood check-ins. The App is provided by YourFam Technologies Private Limited ("we," "us," or "our").
You must create an account to use vitnus. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
Your privacy is paramount. Your reflection data is private to you. We do not share, sell, or access your reflection content except as necessary to provide the service. Please see our Privacy Policy for details.

You retain full ownership of your reflection data. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the App settings. Upon account deletion, all your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
The vitnus name, logo, and app design are trademarks of YourFam Technologies Private Limited. The App's source code and visual design are protected by copyright. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any data loss resulting from service interruptions.
vitnus is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, YourFam Technologies Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the App or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to vitnus if you violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it within the App.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangalore, India.
